Niles Ferry Baptist Church is a body of baptized believers called to unite as a local congregation. The first official church meeting was held in a strikingly simple brush arbor in 1947. With spiritual vision and a colossal faith, twenty Christian pioneers joined together to lay the foundation of what was to become Niles Ferry Baptist Church. From this simple past our church maintains the singular purpose to glorify God in all areas of life. This purpose has produced an excellence in ministry that expresses itself through songs of praise, the preaching of God's word and constant endeavors to reach our community and beyond with the story of God's grace. The congregation at Niles Ferry Baptist Church longs to restore a sense of fellowship by providing study groups for all ages. Our Sunday School classes are a time to fellowship and seek Biblical solutions for our daily life, while our worship celebrations allow us to praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

By seeking God through worship and developing friendships through fellowship, we wish to make an eternal difference in the lives of all that we encounter. Our efforts are visible in our outreach programs, mission efforts, prayer teams, youth ministry and children's ministry. As our congregation celebrates together, we look forward with anticipation to the many new faces to be added, to the many challenges to be overcome, to the many souls to be saved, and to God leading his people to a greater promised land.
